CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Wall Direct for your wallpaper and wallcovering needs. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Please take a moment to review our Cancellations and Refund Policy outlined below:

1. Purchase Process:
Upon selecting your desired wallpapers and wallcoverings, we will send you a detailed quotation for your review. This quotation will include the itemized cost of your selected products, any applicable taxes, and shipping fees. You will have the opportunity to review the quotation before proceeding with the purchase and making payment.

2. Cancellation Period:
We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Therefore, customers have up to 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please notify us immediately.

3. Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, refunds will only be issued in the event that the products are received in damaged condition upon delivery.

4. Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please inspect it carefully upon delivery. Should you discover any damage, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a refund request. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

5. Processing Fee:
Please note that a processing fee of RM 100 will be charged for cancellations. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your cancellation request and restocking the returned items.

6. How to Request Cancellations or Refunds:
Customers can request cancellations or refunds by contacting our dedicated customer support team. You can reach us via the Contact Us page on our website or by directly contacting your assigned sales representative. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure that your request is handled promptly and efficiently.

7. Refund Process:
Upon approval of your refund request, refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 14 working days. We appreciate your patience as we process your refund. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email.

Exceptions:
Please be aware that refunds are only provided for damaged products as outlined in this policy. No refunds will be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or incorrect product selection.
